The
National Archaeological Museum will give a conference on the Cova des Pas in Ferreries, within the framework of the conference series
"Actuality of archeological research in Spain II (2019-2020)", by Josep Maria Fullola Pericot, director of the
SERP University of Barcelona.
The excavation of the Cova des Pas revealed the remains of 66 individuals deposited in a fetal position, with the exceptional feature of the conservation of various biological elements such as hair, brain and lungs, and others related to the rituals of 'burial like wooden bunk beds, shrouds and ropes to wrap dead bodies.
